FLY
 The size of maggot differs depending on what kind of the fly is. Blowfly and flesh fly is 2 to 3cm in its third stage of larva. Maggot¡¯s head develops slowly and it gnaws feed with its hook shaped mouth. It has 12 parts and its second part and the last part have a pair of breathing organs respectively. Maggot¡¯s first and twenty fourth parts becomes chest and the rest becomes the body and sexual organ.
The third stage Maggot¡¯s body skin hardens to become the skin of larva, and inside the skin, grows an adult fly. The maggot is hard and it cannot move.
Fly-borne disease
Economically developed countries are more interested in pest extermination than the prevention of their spread of disease. It indicates the pest borne disease has that much reduced. House fly and Fannia canicularis and others shuttle between toilets and kitchens and naturally they become abhorrent insects physically and psychologically. Fly contributes to the spread of disease. First, with its characteristics of absorbing dung, mucus, and pus along with food, fly can spread diseases. Second, it tends to spew the contents inside its body organ to store feed when taking semi-solid food. Third, the hair covering its body and the foot hair are sticky and therefore appropriate to carry pathogen. Fly-borne disease is as below.

There are four ways to exterminate flies.
- Spray pesticide to help terminate them
- Spray ultra small UVL and terminate them. However, it turned out that it is not effective to flies unlike to caterpillar type insects. Therefore, it is advised to spray more often.
- Induce flies to eat a solid poison, but it incurs the problem of hygiene.
- Flypaper trap is a conventional and century old but safe way.
Finally, flies flight line can be disturbed with the change of air movements.
